The season starts June 1st at 9:00 am with a parent meeting followed by first practice at the north complex. All other practices will be one day per week. M, T, Th, or F. Games will be on Saturdays starting on June 8th.
Registration deadline May 15th.
PARENT/GUARDIAN AUTHORIZATION: I certify that I have received any, and all information that I deem necessary for my child to participate in the RSC sports activity identified on this form. Also, I agree to assume all risks of his/her participation in the activity and agree to hold harmless Rock Springs Church, its employees, or volunteers against any liability claims, damages, or expenses arising from my child’s participation in the RSC sports activity. Finally, I authorize the staff of the RSC sports activity to secure any emergency medical treatment necessary to treat my child in the event, that is deemed necessary by the staff of the RSC sports activity.
